In December 2009 Millennium Capital was appointed to be the exclusive advisor, broker and custodian for the M&A transaction on the insurance market. In particular, Vienna Insurance Group (VIG) raised the stake in Ukrainian Insurance Group (UIG) to 100%. The amount of the deal was not disclosed. The total amount of M&A transactions arranged by Millennium Capital exceeds USD 300mn.
