On the 4th of February, the shareholders of the Turboatom , approved the decision to pay UAH 44mn as dividends on the net profits it made in 2009 (35% of the profits that the company made). In particular, the company will pay a dividend of UAH 33.104 million on the shares held by the government. The dividends on the government's shares in the company will be paid from February 5 to March 5. Payment of the dividends on other shares will begin on April 1. The shareholders of the company also decided not to transfer any money into the company's reserve fund because the reserve fund already holds UAH 61 million. In addition, the shareholders decided to use 35% of the company's projected profit for 2010 to pay dividends.
